Q1. What is your bill delivery method?
A. We will send the bill to you per your selected delivery method (by email or postal bill) For postal Bill, $20 admin fee will be charged per bill.

Q2. How can I apply for e-Bill service?
A. If you are currently receiving our bill by post, you can apply for e-Bill service through "MyAccount".
You can also fill in the Information Amendment Form, and fax it back to us at 2133 2137 or email to cs009@hkbnes.net.
Please note, e-Bill will be effective from the next bill date once you have applied for it.

Q3. How can I read my ebill?
A. The e-Bill will be sent to your registered email address. You can check and read it in your email mailbox. You may also click the "View Bill Details" button in the email to view the detailed bill.
You can also view your detailed bills of the last 3 months through "MyAccount".

Q4. How can I change my bill delivery method?
A. If you are currently receiving our bill by post, you can apply for e-Bill service through "MyAccount".
Please note, e-Bill will be effective from the next bill date.
If you want to change the bill delivery method to by Post, please fill in the our Information Amendment Form, and fax it back to us at 2133 2137 or email to cs009@hkbnes.net.

Q5. Is there any charges for receiving bills by post?
A. HK $20 will be charged for every paper bill statement by post.

Q6. How can I view or reprint my previous bills?
A. You can check your bills record of the last 6 months through "MyAccount". You can view your bills details of the latest 3 months. If you want to check the bill details of earlier 3 months. You may submit "Reprint " request in our system. The reprinted bill(s) will be sent to you according to your selected reprint channel. If you would like to receive those reprinted bill(s) by post, an administrative charge of HK$10 will be charged for each bill.

Q7. How can I check my outstanding amount?
A. You can check the outstanding amount and due date of the bills in the last 6 months in "MyAccount".

Q8. Are there any administrative charges for bill payment at 7-Eleven?
A. There is an administrative fee of HK$4 for every bill payment made at any 7-Eleven stores. The administrative fee will be charged in the next bill.

Q9. How can I apply for Credit Card Autopay?
A. You can apply Credit Card Autopay through "MyAccount". Or you can fill in the our Payment Method Amendment Form, and fax it back to us at 2133 2137 or email to cs009@hkbnes.net.

Q1. Can I setup password for IDD 009 Service?
A. Yes. To enable IDD 009 security pin function. please fill in our Service Amendment Form, and fax it back to us at 2133 2137 or email to cs009@hkbnes.net. Please remember to state your contact number and email address so that we can verify the information with you. It normally processed within 3 working days. Upon enable IDD 009 security PIN, customer can set his/her 4-digit PIN as per system instructions when using IDD 009 service for the first time.

A. Customer may use the related service no. to call 009002 and change the 4-digit PIN as per system instructions.

Please give one month's prior notice for termination and make sure you have written down your contact number and email, so that we can verify service termination date and related procedure with you.
